Let me share an alternative solution to help you import your custom reports from the desktop version to the online platform.
QuickBooks Online (QBO) does not have the same reports as QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). That's why the option to move your customized statements to the online version is unavailable. For more details, click here to access the article. It includes a list of features, items, lists, preferences, and transactions that are not transferred to QBO.
As a workaround, you can use a third-party application to export the reports to the online program. Let's go to the QuickBooks Apps Center and look for one that fits your needs. Enter a keyword in the search field to expedite the process. You can also compare products by reading customer reviews.
