I recently started helping a non-profit organization record Stripes Credit Card donations into QBO. They use a manual process now and I looking for an app that can automate this process, They normally received less than 75 donations per month.
I welcome any suggestions on which app should be used. Thank you -- Jim
Hi Jim.
I appreciate you for reaching out to us here on the Community forum. I'm here to guide you in looking for an application that automates the process of recording donations in QuickBooks.
QuickBooks Online (QBO) allows integration between multiple third-party applications. You can search one from the apps store or through your QBO account.
Here's how:
Within QuickBooks, go to the Apps tab at the left pane.
On the other hand, here's an article you can read more about recording donations in QBO: How to record donations or charitable contributions.
If you have any other questions about tracking donations, let me know by adding a comment below. I'm more than happy to help. Have a good one!
You may explore this app to reconcile Stripe transactions into QBO.

I have an issue that might not belong in this thread. A new client uses Acodei to import Stripe donations. The way the sync is set up automatically places the deposits in the wrong checking account in QBO. Would she be looking in Acodei or Stripe to change it? Thank you.
I appreciate you for joining the thread, @newyorktutor.
I'll ensure the donations will be synced to the correct account in QuickBooks Online (QBO) from the Stripe app.
Yes, you'll need to reach out to Acodei or Stripe support so they can check if there's an ongoing issue about the donations coming into the wrong account since QuickBooks will only depend on the transactions from the third-party app. Also, they can check the setup of the deposits. You can connect with them by visiting their corresponding page or visiting the app in our QuickBooks Online App Store, then go to the Contact information area.
Additionally, I'll be including this article for future reference in recording donations in QBO: How to record donations or charitable contributions.
Please reply in this thread if you have clarification about managing deposits and other transactions to QuickBooks. I'll get back to you as soon as possible.
