You can navigate the Customers menu and filter it from there, lori. I'd be delighted to guide you through the steps.

From the Customers menu, locate the Gear icon and choose the Include inactive under the Other column. Inactive customers will now be visible with a deleted status next to their name, allowing for easy identification of non-active accounts. I'll add a screenshot for visual reference.

Finally, elevate your customer management with QuickBooks Live Expert Assisted. Connect with certified professionals via one-on-one video chats for personalized guidance about bookkeeping and financial optimization.

Have additional questions about customer management? Our Community is available 24/7 to provide prompt and helpful support. Feel free to leave a comment, and we'll be ready to assist you.
