We use QuickBooks Enterprise and sell on Amazon and Walmart. We use Fulfilled by Amazon and don't wish to track sales by customers. There are just too many customers and way too many tiny little sales.
The Amazon reports are CSV files. Currently I am importing these transactions by transferring them to an Excel file that sums up the number of 4 oz bottles sold, 2 oz bottle sold, etc. That becomes the basis of an IIF import file.
The Walmart Excel file is similar in concept but a completely different format.
Does anyone know of an easier way to do this? All the tools I have found import all the sales invoices for you to ship, but we do not ship any of these orders.
