I am new to a small company and the only person that works in the office. I don't know who the primary contact person is (nor do the owners) on our account and Intuit refuses to work with me even though I use the email provided and answer the primary phone set up with the account. Anyone have any suggestions on how I get around this? It's making me crazy. We got a $500 charge on a credit card from Intuit and I have no idea why. Thanks.
I recognize the value of every penny to your business, @KimDean. I'll show you how to get additional information regarding the $500 Intuit charge.
You can start by filling out the form below. This will display charges that happened on or after May 27, 2020. It will also pull up further details about the amount in question.
Feel free to browse this guide to open the form above: Understand Intuit charges on your credit card or bank statement. You can also follow option 2 from that article if you'd like to check on a charge before May 27, 2020.
Lastly, I'm adding this link to learn more about payment processing fees: What are the fees for QuickBooks Payments?
You already know where to find me if you need any more help with this matter or QuickBooks in general. Take the best care!
