Let's first make sure that your QuickBooks is updated to the latest version. Open your QuickBooks Desktop and press F2 to open the Product Information window.
Then check your current version and release. If it’s not updated, you can follow these steps on how to do it.
Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu at the top and pick Update QuickBooks Desktop.
- On the Options tab, click Mark All, then Save.
- Select Update Now and mark the all available updates from the list.
- Then select Get Updates to start the download.
- When the download finishes, restart QuickBooks.
