Inventory assembly "Full View" button missing

QB Desktop Premier 2017. The "Full View" button in Inventory Assembly item is missing. But only for one of the user installs

Hello there, Bob Focus. 

 

It can be that the user access is limited in creating an item list. We can look into the roles we've given them to verify. 

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Company menu and click Set Up Users and Passwords
  2. Select the User and click Edit.
  3. Click Next until we reach the Inventory section.
  4. Let's ensure what access we selected in the Inventory section. 

If you get the same thing, we can repair QuickBooks to resolve unusual behavior and to refresh missing buttons.

It's not user permissions. It even happens on the Administrator. I'll try a repair

Performed a repair and rebooted. Same issue exists. This problem only exists when executing on the Server, which is running Windows Server 2008

Hi Bob Focus,

 

The Full View button is available at the bottom part when accessing the inventory assembly in QuickBooks Desktop. Since you're still unable to see it after the repair, I suggest contacting our support team to investigate this. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment and perform some steps through the remote session.

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Type your concern.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. Select the option that you want to contact support.
