Inventory Objects in Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise

I am a Salesforce consultant looking at syncing the Quickbooks Inventory Locations, and Inventory Items with the Locations and Product Items in Salesforce.

I am using DB Sync, but I haven't been able to get a satisfactory answer from them.

I need to know which objects in Quickbooks to look at, that aren't views or read only objects.

Has anyone ever attempted this before?

Inventory Objects in Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise

Hello there, @danbauer09.

I'm here to help with integrating SalesForce. I recommend checking out our App Site. Here you can browse hundreds of apps for the right option for your business which integrates with Salesforce: QuickBooks Desktop Apps

Also, I suggest reaching out to the support team of the app that you use in syncing to QuickBooks for they know if the objects will be viewed or for read-only purposes.

You can always visit our help website for relevant articles you can use: QuickBooks Support.

Please don't hesitate to click the Reply button if you have other concerns. I'm here to help you out. Have a great day ahead.

Hi there,  The client already purchased and is using DB Sync,  I contacted their support and their answer was, "its not possible".  I doubt that, and thats what lead me here.

Thanks for getting back to us, danbauer09.

To verify if QuickBooks supports the application, I'd recommend reaching out to our Technical Support Team. They can provide you additional pointers about the integration process. Here's how to reach them:

  1. Click Help at the top menu and select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. Select Contact us and then enter that you get Reminder prompts.
  3. Select Continue
  4. Choose either to Message an Agent or Talk to a Specialist

Let us know if you need anything else so we can assist you more. Have a great day!
