Creating a backup doesn't directly affect the format or details of an invoice.
Based on your screenshot, it's possible that someone user who has an admin access to your company file accidentally made these changes.
For now, you'll have to manually edit the transaction and notify your customer about the changes after running the backup.
We can also check for possible minor data issues in your company file that might triggered the problem. Let's run the Verify and Rebuild Data tools to identify its cause and fix it by rebuilding the data. Here's how:
