The speed of your invoice payment depends on the product you're using and the type of payment, @soberanoqualityservices.
For Standard Deposits, the payment processed before 3 PM PT typically arrives the next day. Payments processed after 3 PM PT may take two business days.
If you manually enter ACH payments by the merchant, they may be delayed due to security reasons. To reduce processing risks, especially during your first month, consider collecting ACH payments through Pay-enabled invoices.
For first-time QuickBooks Payments users, the initial deposit may take up to 5 business days as your account is being set up. After this period, payments usually arrive much faster. If you're not using Instant Deposits yet, consider this option to access your funds within minutes, even on weekends and holidays. While there is a small fee associated with this option, it provides quicker access to your money.
