invoice status wont update

When i select mark as payment, the status wont update after saying that its still due.

invoice status wont update

When you mark the invoice as paid, it will update the status to Paid, ccharbonne2.

 

Since the invoice is still showing as Due after payment, you can refresh your browser after marking it as paid, as updates are sometimes delayed.

If the issue persist after refreshing your browser, I recommend clearing your browser's cache. Clearing the cache removes outdated or stored data that interfere with how the page updates or functions.

 

Once you've cleared your browser's cache, you can log back into your QuickBooks account and manually mark the invoice as paid.

 

You can also use another supported browser to access your account and mark the invoice as paid. Ensure the browser you’re using is both supported and updated to the latest version.
