As of now, we haven't received reports with our users experiencing the same issue with invoices in QBDT. To start, you may need to verify and rebuild data to check if the issue is within your company file.
Verifying the data self-identifies the most commonly known data issues within a company file and rebuilding data self-resolves most data integrity issues that the verify data finds.
To verify the data:
- Go to the File menu in the QuickBooks homepage.
- Select Utilities.
- Click on Verify Data.
To rebuild the data, select Rebuild Data under Verify Data.
