Is anyone else experiencing error messages when trying to migrate from QBO to QuickBooks Enterprise?

I get a message stating:
Exporting from QuickBooks Online Plus
Sorry, but something went wring on (time & date) when you requested that a company file be created for downloading. Please click Start Over to try again.

I have tried again over 10 times and have opened a ticket with Intuit which has been escalated to the Engineering Dept. but there is no direct line to contact them and all the customer service people do is apologize for the inconvenience. It is so frustrating because we were supposed to start 2024 on the new platform. We are really behind. It is impacting our operations by putting our business at a halt.

 There have been reports from users experiencing trouble downloading their QBO data to the desktop program. Our engineers are fully committed to resolving this issue promptly so that our customers can continue their business operations without any further delay.

 

I know you've already reached out to our QuickBooks Online (QBO) Care Team regarding this matter. I suggest contacting them again to sign up for email updates. This will ensure you receive regular updates on the investigation's progress.

 

To obtain the contact details: 

 

  1. Open QBO and go to the Help icon in the upper right to display the support window.
  2. Head to the Assistant tab and enter a brief description of your concern in the Type something bar.
  3. Click the Get help from a human link to see more options.
  4. In the How would you like to connect with us? section, choose Chat for real-time support and Callback to speak with an agent.
  5. Provide this number to speed up the process: INV-95801.

You are using the trial version of QB Desktop 2024 Enterprise, correct?

You can try using the trial version of QB Desktop 2021 Pro instead. This version is more stable to convert data from QBO.
