SUMMER SAVINGS 90% OFF QuickBooks for 3 months* Ends June 27
Buy now@Steve-Rochman That is a fairly broad question, and you do not appear to have specified which product you are using.
Can you elaborate?
Yes, sorry. We are on QB OnLine, and starting yesterday afternoon, we started receiving that error when trying to access a customer's (actually donor since we are a non-profit) transactions. The path from the left-side menu is: "Donors & Leads" > "Donors." Then we select a donor, and instead of displaying the transaction in the window below, we get the "unexpected error."
Viewing customer transactions is essential to monitor sales or business activities, so let me help you connect with our support team to eliminate the error, Steve.

Hi Jamaica:
I spoke to support yesterday but it is still not fixed so I was reaching out to see if anyone else encountered this issue and figured it out. Today your support call link is not working.

@Steve-Rochman "We are on QB OnLine--"
That checks out. If I recall, there has been something of a spike in similar topics the past month or so.
Unfortunately, except for the go-to "Clear your cache" route, I've got nothing. QBO has its use cases, but whichever side of the Desktop v. QBO conversation you land on, QBO has a lot of reliability issues, especially when it comes to data build-up.
I couldn't agree more.
