I explained in previous messages.  Our 1099's are set up and ready to e-file, there's no problems with their set up.  Company's information is correct, contractor's information is correct.  When I click "next" to get to the screen to e-file, when I click on e-file, I clear cache, and receive the screen "Way to go!  We'll handle those 1099s from here".  When I click "View submitted 1099s", it takes me to the Sign in screen to log into our Intuit account.  I log into our account, but nothing shows under 1099 filings, which is under the Taxes tab.  Then if I go back to "Contractors"  the 1099s we need to file are still showing up as in process of preparing.  I've been told by multiple people at Intuit that an investigation is being conducted by the backend team, gave me a case number and reference number, but the problem persists, no resolution.  We're running out of time.

Hey there, rita@edscarcarec

Thanks for replying back to us and giving us some additional information.

To dig deeper into this issue, can you provide me with the investigation number that you received from support? This will allow me to check on the back end for any updates about the 1099 problem.

I'll be waiting for your response!

I appreciate you coming back to provide the case and inv number that related to your filing 1099 issue. rita@edscarcarec. I understand how vital it is to file the form on time in QuickBooks. Please know that INV-98028 is already marked as closed and resolved. I'll provide additional information to be reviewed so you can file the 1099 successfully.

I can see that you already confirmed that the Company's and Contractor's information is correct. However, I still recommend checking your account settings and company profile to confirm that all business information is accurate and up-to-date. This includes verifying that the phone number includes the area code, the address contains the 5-digit ZIP code, the EIN is complete, and the state is correctly selected in the address. You'll also need to check your vendor and contractor profiles and make sure that all fields are completed with valid information, including the phone number, street address, state, ZIP, and tax ID.

If the issue persists, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Payroll Support Team again. They're the best support group for such inquiries as they can request account information. This way, they'll be able to investigate the cause of why you're still unable to file the said tax form.

I've done all this already, few different times, even reviewed with Samantha and Tahisha, confirmed settings and company set ups are accurate and correct.  Still no resolution.
