Is anyone else having issues with QBO updates and changes not working???

1. Sign in to your QBO company.

3. Hover to the Search tab, then select Contact Us.
   
   
   
   
4. Type in a brief description of your issue.
   
5. Choose between the Chat or Callback option.
   
   
   

In the meantime, you can manually upload your transactions into QBO. Please refer to the steps below:

1. Go to Banking and choose Bank Transactions.
2. Select the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions into.
3. Click the Link account dropdown and then Upload from the file.
4. Pick Drag and Drop or Select Files. Then, select the file you downloaded from your bank. Hit Continue.
5. In the QuickBooks account dropdown, choose the account you want to upload the transactions into. Then, click Continue.
6. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Tap Continue.
7. Choose the transactions you would like to import. Then, click Continue.
8. Select Yes. Then, when you've accepted your transactions, hit Done.
