Yes I am having the same issue. On multiple browsers.

Yes having same issue. Obviously not local issue. Their status page says all OK when it isn't.  I had chat session open for 15 mins no response so they are all busy. Just have to wait until they announce problem and how long until fix?

ive just had this message via twitter we're aware of a widespread issue with this and our team are investigating.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and informing us about the issue you've experienced. I've looked into it using my tools and couldn't find any ongoing issues with having a blank field when viewing the supplier lists. 

 

As an initial troubleshooting, let's open your QuickBooks Online account using an incognito/private browser to see if that resolves the issue. Sometimes the accumulated cache in your browser can cause unexpected behavior in the product. 

 

Please refer to the shortcut keys I've listed below.

 

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N  

 

Once it worked. Please clear your browser's cache once it works. See this article for further details: Clear cache and cookies to fix QuickBooks Online issues. If private browsing doesn't work, I'd recommend using different browsers. They'll provide you with the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks. For more details, please see this article: System Requirements For QuickBooks.      

 

If the same thing happens, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team. They have the expertise and tools to take a closer look at the issue and raise a ticket to our engineering team if necessary.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the (?) Help icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Dashboard.
  2. Select Talk to a Human.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern and press Enter.
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Select Contact Us to connect with our live support.
  6. Choose Get a Callback.
