Ensure that you follow QuickBooks’ CSV formatting guidelines to ensure the file imports smoothly. Once you have the CSV file ready, you can upload it directly into QBO. Here's how:
- Go to the Bank Transactions section and click the Link Account dropdown.
- Pick the option Upload from file.
- From the dropdown, select the bank account where you want to import the data. If you're new, you can choose +Add new.
- Next, click Upload from this device and locate the CSV file saved on your computer.
