For two days, Friday and today, I've been trying to get support from Intuit. I've keep getting "I'm not the right person/department, I'll connect you, or Call this number" Friday ended in being told I'd get a call back in 5minutes - No call back. Today I'm got to three people with the final person telling me they were going to contact another person, tell them what's going on and then transfer me. After 5 minutes, the on hold music went to silence... My phone thinks it's connected, but I've been listening to the sounds of silence for five minutes.
Time to start looking for a new vendor. Intuit clearly is too big to care.

very true. I have had 2 days of being on stupid chats lasting over 3 hours to get no where or to be cut-off prematurely when qb cannot answer simply answers.
They purposely wear you down so that you will just go away.
I purposely always keep copies of my chats showing how reps will purposely take for ever to answer simply questions. I even go so far as to ask questions in simple format of y/n to see if I can get through the chats quicker.
Seriously looking at Zoho since I am also disappointed with QB regarding its Merchant services and how they specifically handle check chargebacks for closed accounts. Be careful and do not accept checks via qb - you have no protection for closed accounts (i know i have no protection for bounced checks - but closed accounts is completely different issue) Hope this helps someone.
I couldn't agree with you more! At least you received a call back, I haven't in 2 months!! I tried chatting but someone would enter the chat but never responded to any questions, then they would leave the chat!
I have explored all over QB and Intuit to get an answer to my problem, but nothing actually pertains to the subject.!
