Is Intuit too big to care anymore? Two days, bounced to 7 different Service people... disconnected twice.

My experience is very similiar. I have no idea how QB has the market share. No support, no answers, just send money.

I don't need more phone numbers. I've been bounced around endlessly only to be disconnected or told I'd get a call back, and that not happening.

I don't need to be directed to the "community." Pretty pathetic when a company outsources its product support to its own customers.

And NO all the links to articles that only tell you basic operating procedures that clearly don't solve the problem...

Which app did you choose to migrate?

Leading candidate that was recommended by a friend who's a book keeper - Gusto.

If you only need a payroll and/or employee benefit app, Gusto is one of the options. But imho, it is not an accounting app for sure.

very true.  I have had 2 days of being on stupid chats lasting over 3 hours to get no where or to be cut-off prematurely when qb cannot answer simply answers.    

They purposely wear you down so that you will just go away.

I purposely always keep copies of my chats showing how reps will purposely take for ever to answer simply questions.  I even go so far as to ask questions in simple format of y/n to see if I can get through the chats quicker.

Seriously looking at Zoho since I am also disappointed with QB regarding its Merchant services and how they specifically handle check chargebacks for closed accounts.  Be careful and do not accept checks via qb - you have no protection for closed accounts (i know i have no protection for bounced checks - but closed accounts is completely different issue)  Hope this helps someone.

I couldn't agree with you more!  At least you received a call back, I haven't in 2 months!!  I tried chatting but someone would enter the chat but never responded to any questions, then they would leave the chat!

I have explored all over QB and Intuit to get an answer to my problem, but nothing actually pertains to the subject.!

You can utilize a 3rd party merchant service to replace QB Payment. Otherwise, consider purchasing  a 3rd party conversion service to another accounting app.
