Based on what I've replicated and the screenshot you provided, I can confirm that you're indeed using the Old layout template for your invoices.
In the old layout, it allows you to customize sales forms such as content, tables, and designs. This includes the ability to show your customer's Account summary, which is currently unavailable in the modern design's customization options in the new invoice layout experience.
Therefore, to ensure that the total amount due, amounts received, and the current balance due, you'll need to make sure that the option "Show on invoice" in the Content tab for your invoice template that you're using is checked.
By doing so, you should have the account summary included when printing the invoice. Like this:
