IS IT POSSIBLE TO RESTORE A DELETED INVOICE

I see you're looking for a way to recover a deleted invoice without starting from scratch in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @SARAHKHK.

While QBO doesn't offer a direct "restore" feature for deleted transactions, you may utilize the Audit Log tool. This tool allows you to retrieve the information of the deleted invoice and recreate it manually. It provides a comprehensive record of added, deleted, and modified entries.

1. Click on the Gear icon.
2. Select Audit Log.
3. From the Filter dropdown, specify the User, Date, and Events filters as needed.
4. Click Apply to apply the filters.
5. Locate the deleted transaction you're interested in.
6. To expedite your search, use the browser's search function (Ctrl + F on your keyboard) and enter keywords related to the deleted invoice.
7. Click on View under the History column to access the detailed event information.
8. You'll find all the necessary details for the transaction under the EVENT column.

Once you've gathered the details, you can manually recreate the deleted invoice. Then, record the payment or match it with any deposit made by the customer.

Welcome to the Community,  Akiladelphia. I understand that you want to know where to see deleted invoices. I'm here to guide you on where to access these. 

All transactions made in your account including accidentally deleted ones can be viewed under the Audit Log. It's possible that there are no deleted invoices on your previous. That's why it only shows transactions that aren't deleted. To maximize the data that can be shown on the Audit log, I'd suggest filtering its Date Changed to the last seven years. Here's how: 

1. Go to Reports.
2. On the Find report by name dropdown▼, type in Audit Log.
3. Select This Year or Custom on the Date Changed dropdown▼ depending on the time of the deleted transaction you want to view.
4. Under Events dropdown▼, choose Deleted/ Voided transactions.
