Is QBSE invoicing not working?

Neither the desktop version nor the mobile app will save any edits to invoices; both are returning different error messages. Desktop says "something is not working, try refreshing the page" when I attempt to save a change, and mobile app says "line items do not add up" (which is not the case). Logging out of both has not worked, in cognito mode has not worked, emptying cache has not worked, allowing third-party cookies has not worked. Is anyone else having this issue? There is no customer support available.

Is QBSE invoicing not working?

To ensure you reach someone who can assist you, we recommend contacting us during our available support hours: 

 

  • For Chat support, the hours are 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, Pacific Time.
  • For Callbacks, the hours are Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 5:55 PM, Pacific Daylight Time.

 

You can get in touch via the Help menu in your QuickBooks account. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Click Contact us.
  3. Enter your concern in the box provided.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Then, choose a way to connect us.

Is QBSE invoicing not working?

Yes, thank you - but the fact that there is no after-hours support available when the invoicing system becomes non-functional is highly problematic, given the cost of the monthly subscription. I've been trying to resolve this issue for over 24 hours, and have found no solutions.
