Is the QBSE Etsy integration still supported?Has it been deprecated or removed? Is there an active incident tracking this?

QB Self-Employed Etsy integration is broken — Intuit knows it and is upselling instead of fixing it The Etsy integration for QuickBooks Self-Employed stopped working after Feb 8, 2026. No transactions import after that date Reconnecting fails with: /api/v1/etsy/callback → 404 Multiple users are reporting the exact same cutoff This is not a user issue. This is a broken backend integration. What makes this unacceptable I spent nearly an hour on the phone with support. They acknowledged the integration is broken They provided no fix, no timeline, no incident ID Then they pivoted into trying to sell me QuickBooks Online (~$500/year) So to be clear: A core feature stopped working There was no notice There is no official acknowledgment And support is using it as an upsell opportunity Let’s stop pretending this is a troubleshooting issue Incognito doesn’t fix a 404 endpoint Reconnecting doesn’t fix a removed or broken API Manual CSV import is not a solution — it’s a downgrade Direct questions for Intuit Answer these clearly: Is the QBSE Etsy integration still supported? Has it been deprecated or removed? Is there an active incident tracking this? Is there any plan to fix it, or is this permanent? Why were paying users not notified before losing a core feature? Will users be refunded or credited for paying for a tool that no longer works as advertised? If this integration is dead, say it. What’s happening right now is worse than a bug — it’s charging customers for a product with a broken core feature and then trying to upsell them when they ask why. That’s not a technical issue. That’s a trust issue.

Hi there, Adam. I understand your concern, especially with the disruption you’re experiencing in the Etsy integration. QuickBooks Self-Employed still supports Etsy integration, and issues such as the 404-callback error or missing transactions can indicate a connection problem that requires further review.

QuickBooks Self-Employed still supports Etsy, and there has been no general announcement about removing the integration. If you’re experiencing an issue, our Live Support team can review your account to determine the cause and provide guidance.

I recommend reaching out to QuickBooks Support during their available hours by going to Help (?) > Search tab, typing “Contact Us,” and then selecting either Callback or Chat. The support team can review your account details, and for any refund or credit questions, they are best equipped to assess your eligibility based on your specific circumstances.

Connecting with support allows your account to be reviewed directly and ensures you receive the most accurate update on the integration status, as well as any potential next steps.

If you have any questions, feel free to reply in this thread.
