I can get into the system but none of the functions in the left ha d side panel are working. I am trying to enter information into Sales and generate some reports and it does not take me to neither function

Thanks for the information but IT IS NOT working for me yet. I need to call Quicbooks and gave somebody walk me thru the solution. I am paying for a tool that doesn't work and I need it badly to do my job.
