Is there a way to retrieve a deleted journal ?

Deleted journals won't be retrieved. We can only view the details through the Audit log and recreate it manually. Let me help you perform this.

You can follow these steps to view the deleted journal in the Audit log:

1. Click the Gear icon and select Audit Log.
2. Tap the Filter button and select All Users in the Users field.
3. Select All Dates in the Date field.
4. Under Events, mark the Transactions box.
5. Pick Deleted/Voided Transactions in the Show field.
6. Click Apply. Then, look for the deleted journal entry and View.
7. Tap the added history and take note of the details.

Once done, recreate the deleted journal entry.
