Your presence in the Community is highly appreciated, @renewPaint. I have some valuable information regarding handling your invoices with the autosave feature in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
While it's possible that you can save invoices and adjust settings to keep them in your account, the option to autosave an invoice after drafting is currently unavailable.
To address this, I recommend that you submit a feature request directly to our Product Developers. They greatly value your input and encourage you to share your ideas.
Here's how:
- On the upper right corner, click the Gear icon.
- Under Profile, choose Feedback.
- Type in your product suggestions.
- Once done, select Next to submit.
