Issue Escalation

How do I escalate a support issue? About an extreme behavior over the phone by a Quickbooks support personnel. I sent a note to [email address removed], but they said they could not handle it since it's in a different region.

Sadly,  there is no one to report anything to. They have made it that way on purpose.  They don't care, nor will they do anything about the poor and a lot of times abusive behavior of their employees

 

They will tell you here that they feel bad about your experience, or that that's not what they want you to experience and that they will pass along your complaint, but they really don't, as there is no one to send the complaint to that ACTUALLY cares.

It looks like that email id is not for customers based out of the US region. Here, the only way to escalate an issue is to call support and raise it to another support engineer.
