Buy nowI have never in my life had so many issues or problems with anything. The entire quickbooks does nothing for my business. I am convinced my business would be more successful if I never was scammed into quickbooks. The platform is crap, the support is god awful, the company it self is evil.
Is there any business owner out there that can say yeah quickbooks helps me and not just say it but maybe prove it?
I have never seen anything so falsely advertised before in my life
You should immediately switch to another accounting application. What's holding you back?
that's your response? who cares how terrible this company is
If there are so many problems, why stay with the QB? Unless you're just trolling here.
Great answer.
I've used QB for 15 years. originally it worked very well, but the last 4-5 years it's been on a downhill slide. QB had an update installed in December and it corrupted our data file. Then found out the automatic update we were paying for, and which said was working, wasn't. Their tech guys restored our file some, but there were hundreds of entries they sent us in an excel file that didn't restore. So all our account balances are now off in a data file that covers 15 years. Just today, I found their latest patch deleted all our bank feeds. so our 12 accounts with hundreds of rules for placing the info are all gone. Their answer "I'm so sorry, I realize how frustrating this is." The reason we haven't changed is we have 15 years of customer orders and info and I know it will takes weeks to move it to another platform and getting everything correct. But seems like it's time.
Intuit as a company does not give a s h i t about its customers. I am a very early adopter of QB and have watched over the last five years as the company has solely focused on revenue at all costs. The price increases have been nothing more than an exercise to line the pockets of the executives and shareholders. This is proven simply by looking at the primary shareholders of the stock. Personally, I am in the process of moving a significant number of clients several 100 from Intuit products to other software. Intuit's reply, sorry to see you go but nothing beyond that. There is a sucker born everyday and anyone using Intuit products getting stuck on the subscription service is sucker. Not to mention the now actively try to take "partner" clients from users. Intuit was an amazing company at one time - now it is truly a steaming pile of s h it. It is sad because they have some great people working there who are treated horribly. Intuit offices are in states with the poorest worker protection laws and the greatest ability for the corporation to exploit their workforce. Sad Sad Sad...did I say Sad?
