I have a challenge, we made sales for an item that is available as inventory but after inputting the sales receipt the inventory is not reflecting the sales.
I also checked the Inventory Valuation Detail report and its not reflecting there as well.
Assuming you have a subscription to plus or higher, have the inventory type item in stock, and used it on the sales receipt - that is the oddest thing I have heard of. The only thing I can think of to check, assuming the above to be true, is delete the sales receipt and redo it from scratch.
