Welcome to the Community, tyeany. I can share what I know about the features you can use in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
As of now, the ability to use a simple formula to figure out if they are listed is unavailable in QBDT. I know this functionality would be beneficial to your business. I'd recommend sending a feature request directly to our Product Development team. This helps us improve your experience and the features of the program.
Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu and then select Send Feedback Online.
- Choose Product Suggestion.
- Add the type of feedback.
- Type in your feature suggestion.
- Once done, click Send Feedback.
