Does anyone know if you can print a range of journal entries based on the journal entry number? For example I am trying to print journal entry number 5, 8, 10 and 12. I used the NUM filter in the customize tab but it only allows me to run one transaction. I do not know if there is a specific format to put the numbers in but I can figure it out.
Thank you

Currently, we're unable to filter the Journal report in QuickBooks Online (QBO) to display multiple journal entries according to their numbers. However, I can show you how to export it into Excel so you can manually customize the report before printing.
When exporting, you have the flexibility to generate reports so you can get insights about your business. To do that:
Once done, open the Excel file. From there, you can manually modify the report so that only the specific journal entries will show. Then, you can continue printing it in Excel.
Furthermore, you can memorize a report to save its current customization settings. This way, you'll have easy access to your frequently used reports without customizing them again. You can also send them by email on a recurring schedule.
