Hello there, Rick.
Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to fix this issue, as it can be caused by problems related to your browser.
Corrupted files or data can prevent the system from working properly, which can cause an error when disconnecting your credit card account in QuickBooks Online.
To begin, let's refresh your web browser to ensure you are viewing the up-to-date information. If the issue persists, you can use a private or incognito browser to disconnect your credit card. Here are the shortcut keys you can use:
Alternatively, you can switch to another supported web browser for a better experience.
Feel free to leave a comment if you have any questions about QuickBooks.
I'm using Chrome, signed into QBO in a incognito session and received the same error trying to disconnect. One background piece of info, this online 'bank' was sold so if it needs to connect to disconnect, that can't happen. Edward Jones sold their credit card services to US Bank. I have no pending CC transactions so when I get the US Bank credentials I'll add that but don't I need to keep the existing Edward Jones account for history or can that be deleted?
Thanks,
Rick
