Hi there, @contact187.
Let's troubleshoot your browser to ensure all cached data is working properly to receive input from your keyboard.
Corrupted cache data can cause scripts that manage keyboard inputs to malfunction. For instance, your browser fills too much cached storage that it caused malfunctions to some features in a website. You'll need to clear your cached data to refresh everything. If you're using Google Chrome, here's how:
- At the top right, select the More ⋮ icon.
- Click Settings.
- Select Privacy and security.
- Choose Cookies and other site data.
- Select See all cookies and site data.
- Type intuit in the search bar to find Intuit cookies.
- Select Remove all shown or the trash can icon.
- Restart Google Chrome for the changes to take effect.

If you're using other supported browsers, please read through this article: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues.
Once you're ready to type, you can now consider manually adding transactions to account registers in your QBO account.
