Lagging-floating green dots

Hello,

Recently I have experienced some lagging when using QB. I see 4 green dots going in a circular manner before going on to the next page. Sometimes, the page will not change until I hit the reload arrow up top. Any suggestions?

We try logging in using an incognito or private browser. Refer to these shortcuts below:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

 

Once done, try to check the customer section if you can see the notes. If the issue persists, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache to refresh the system. However, if the error persists, try using other supported browsers.

 

Furthermore, did you receive an error message while attempting to log in? I'd appreciate it if you provide a screenshot of the error detail.

I want to ensure you can navigate QuickBooks Online (QBO)smoothly so you can do business without delays.

 

Before we start, may I know which page or menu in QuickBooks you see the spinning 4 green dots? We have reported issues where some QBO users are seeing spinning 4 green dots that keep loading upon accessing the Billing & Subscription menu or updating a worker compensation.

 

In the meantime, you'll want to check your internet connection. This is also one of the possible reasons why QuickBooks keeps on loading. To verify your internet speed, you can run a Google Speed Test to confirm the speed of your connection.

Good morning.

I tried your recommendations and the problem still persists. My internet is over 348mbps. I am using Monterey in Safari. I have tried using Chrome and I have the same issue. Anyway I can forward you a quick video clip of what I am seeing? The floating dots are seen when going from any page to another.
