Light Fonts in QBO

Does anyone have any suggstions for how to get a better view of the extremely light fonts in QBO? I tried increasing contrast through accessibility features but I can still hardly see certain parts of the program.  When I tiry to view deposits, the font is barely readable.  Is Intuit working on this?

I saw one post that recommends changing resolution to 1024x768 but my monitor will not do that.  I am using an M1 mac mini, running Big Sur.

Would getting a new monitor help?

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Light Fonts in QBO

Hi fly19382!

I understand that you need to change the font in QuickBooks Online. Let me join this post so I can share some info and help you with it.

Currently, QuickBooks Online doesn't have a built-in option to modify its display setting. What we can suggest is to enhance the display features of your monitor.

Also, most browsers have an option to customize the font. This will affect the appearance of QuickBooks Online. Check your browser's settings and modify it from there.

Additionally, I recommend sending feedback to our developers and let them know that you need an option to modify the fonts. Simply go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.

With regard to your question if getting a new monitor will help, that would depend on its display features.

Light Fonts in QBO

Thank you for your timely response.  I was using a monitor that was almost impossible to adjust with the manual settings configuration.  I did find a work around with a free Mac app called QuickShade.  This enabled me to decrease the brightness on the monitor and allowed me to see the light font better.  It still was not great so I upgraded to a larger high def monitor and I can now see the font much better.  That being said, the fonts are still a programatic problem that needs to be addressed by your engineering team.  I also find your feedback protocol to be cumbersome.
