lists to fill in forms

QuickBooks is designed to become a one-stop shop for small business owners like you. Allow me to share some information on how Lists and Forms are handled in QuickBooks Online.

May I ask what specific list are you referring to? In QuickBooks Online, you can import Customers and Vendors list, Accounts list (Chart of Accounts), Transactions list, Products and Services list and import customized forms.

To view the list, here’s how:

1. Go to the Gear Icon.
2. Select All Lists.

To import data, here’s how:

1. Click the Gear Icon.
2. Choose Import Data.
3. Select the data you want to import. 
   • Bank Data

      

     Customer’s List Sample file
   • Vendor’s List Sample File
   • Chart of Accounts Sample File
   • Products and Services Sample File
4. Follow the rest of the on-screen instructions to complete the importing process.
