Located outside US-Credit card payment not working- on hold with customer support for 2 hours

I'm located outside US and trying to finalize taxes on turbo tax and make payment using US credit card it requires a US card for payment. Turbo tax says card could not be authorized though bank is approving payment. Called intuit customer support and waiting on the call for 2 hours and no end in sight. I do not have a local US number to request a call back and Intuit wouldn't accept a non US number to call back. Looking for a way to expedite...
