I understand you wanted to make things easy. Please know that the QuickBooks verification is an added extra layer of security to protect your account.

You may be required to complete two-step verification depending on a number of factors, such as the device, network, or browser you use to access Intuit products.

If you're using the same phone number, you can turn off the two-step verification in just a few steps.

Here's how:

1. Log in to your Intuit account.
2. Choose Sign in & security from the left menu.
3. Select 2-step verification.
4. Toggle to turn off the Use 2-step verification switch.
5. Enter your account password, then hit Continue.

Hi there,

I went into my account and the 2-step verification is not turned on.  This isn't the issue. 

What else could be the issue?  Definitely not interested in verifying the account every single time I log in.
