Login to your QuickBooks company file with Admin permissions

I can see the importance of logging in to your Zed Axis account, @Lazer1. Rest assured that I'm here to ensure you can sign in successfully.

To keep your account secure, you'll want to update us with any changes to your contact information, especially during business transitions. Your primary admin can do this by submitting a change request over the phone or online using the Customer Account Management Portal Site (CAMPS).

If your primary admin is available, I recommend letting them log in to CAMPS to have them change the access to you. To do that, here's how:

  1. Sign in to Your QuickBooks Account (CAMPS) online.
  2. Scroll down to the Primary Contact section and select Change.
  3. Select the new primary contact from the list of contacts on the account, then Save and Close.

However, if your current primary admin is no longer associated with the company and you wish to change it to a new one, you can consider sending a request to our team to change the primary contact.

To save time managing your accounts, products, contacts, billing, and user ID access, use the CAMPs in the future, you can explore these articles for the steps, including how to move the primary admin role in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT):

Please tag me and share updates after reaching one of our representatives or if you have further questions about logging in QBDT company file. I'll be more than happy to help. Stay safe.

@Lazer1

Can you open your company file as an Admin? You can purchase a 3rd party service to reset the Admin password if required.
