Hi there, @Ruff21040. Thank you for reaching out here in the Community. I'll help you proceed to rename your company file so you can distinguish it from your other company file and prevent yourself from opening the wrong one.
To edit the name of your company, here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Under Your Company column, select Account and settings.
- Choose the Company Tab, and then click the Pencil icon in the Company name section. You can add P on your company for payroll and then A in your company for accounting purposes.
- Once done, click Save and Done.
