Mailing Addresses

We are seeing more and more of our vendors factoring their invoices.  As a result we are having trouble maintaining accurate mailing addresses for payments and for the physical address of our vendor.  Short of setting up a separate data base that contains vendor addresses are their any suggestions or is this an issue that Quickbooks programming will have to tackle?

It's good to see you here today, @adwkc05,

Thanks for reaching our to us regarding this multiple addresses for vendors in QuickBooks. At the moment, our program can only accommodate 1 shipping and billing address per vendor.

If one vendor uses multiple addresses that you want to keep a record for, you can use the Notes section within the vendor profile. There you are able to keep a vendor-related information that you can't put in their name list. See this:

However, if you want a third-party provider to keep addresses for you, you may visit our app store and see if there are available tools for you. See this link to find third-party apps that works with QuickBooks: https://desktop.apps.com/home

We also have a separate forum called Intuit Developers, where you can find engineers who can help recommend third-party applications to use. Click this link to our website: Intuit Developers Community.

If you need further help, please let me know in the comment below. I'll be more than happy to share some help with you. Have a great rest of your day.

Thank you for your response.  I will check the third party apps and with the product developing engineers to see if there is a suitable solution from either source.
