I am trying to figure out where Intuit gets their database from. I just received a random pre-qualified loan offer for an entity that I do not think even exists but is associated with my mailing address. Nothing on Google, state registration, or LinkedIn. I am curious how to get my mailing address removed or updated to be associated with my company and not randomness like this.

Hello Jayneus,
I think you are talking about something else. I am not trying to get a loan. I am trying to figure out why Intuit has my address listed for another entity that I cannot find proof actually exists. I am asking Intuit to review their database and come back to me with how B-BAR', 'INC - B@LLS BAR (the @ symbol should be the letter "A" but apparently this board is censored against bad words) is associated with my mailing address.It isn't about my details, it is the details of another entity associated with my mailing address. I look forward to your response regarding the address mix-up

@JayneusCaesarR @IrizA Guys.
@KJS2299 is saying that they received a physical piece of mail from QuickBooks that was intended for another company.
They are not talking about e-mail.
They want to stop receiving physical mail that is intended for other companies, and are questioning the integrity of your physical mailing list.
Exactly! I am not sure where the disconnect is. I have a piece of paper that came from the US Post Office to my mailbox which has my correct address on it BUT the intended recipient is a name (company name) that doesn't appear to exist. I know this happens with LinkedIn profiles where a fake profile and someone will associate that profile with my business and then LinkedIn will send mail to our business addressed to that fake person (this is well-documented). What can Intuit do about fake companies? My ask is to be able to speak with an Intuit representative, give that individual the address, then have that address cross-referenced in their mailing database to figure out how it got there in the first place.

Jayneus, this really isn't a promising response. If this letter was meant for someone else at my address then something is not being safeguarded, clearly my address. The whole point is to figure out how this mistake happened and caused an invitation letter addressed to a different company but sent to my address so please check the address for the company mentioned and verify it or make sure it is even a real company and not a spam company. Second, if this was not a mistake and was sent to my address but for another company then I am eager to find out why a different company has registered my mailing address with Intuit. I do not need to update my mailing address, I need Intuit to contact the company and have them update their address. Please confirm when this has happened so I do not receive erroneous mailings for this entity. In the world of spam mailings please have Intuit take ownership of this situation and find a solution and not just sweep it under the trolling rug by suggesting the letter be ignored.
