How can you have two companies in the same file?  I don't think that's supported.

Welcome aboard to the Community, Vicky Rajani.

I can share some insights about transferring QBO data.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), one company file is equal to one license or subscription. Therefore, you're only allowed to add one company file per subscription. If you have two companies, you'll want to add another subscription.

Check out this link to add another account for your second company: Purchase QuickBooks.

For more information about transferring QBO data to another QBO account, you can check out these articles:

Please know that QuickBooks is always here if you need it in the future. I'd be glad to answer any additional questions should you have any. Have a great day!

Assuming you have two bank accounts so you can transfer the cash, I think you could record this like any other transfer between accounts, perhaps using a check if you wrote a check, or use a transfer transaction if you transferred the money electronically.

Which might matter if the OP was using QB Online and asking about creating multiple companies there.  Neither of which is true, you'll find, if you read the OP's question.

Thanks Red for the advice

yes I did set up 2 bank accounts in company 1, as A and B

Remember I paid for property which is in company 2 from company 1 bank account A

is there anyway can I show transfer company 1 to company 2 and showing company 2 paid for their property?

It seems like you'd do this by recording the payment in QuickBooks, a check from the bank account.
