QuickBooks matches transactions in the bank feed based on the accounts and amounts recorded in your journal entries, Mlindquist.
To ensure payroll payments appear as matched, make sure to select the bank account accurately in the credit column.
If the journal entry does not include the correct bank account or the amount is inaccurate, QuickBooks will not recognize the journal entry as a match when reviewing the bank feed.
