Medical Loss Ratio Rebate - still confused

I posted the rebate check to a suspense account.  I have calculated the amount to refund to each employee.  A part of the check will reduce the health insurance amount paid by the employer.

The employees had the health insurance premium deducted pretax.

I am still not getting how to enter the rebate and have it hit my suspense account.

Can I just enter an addition item, use the suspense account?

I understand that it needs to affect payroll taxes but just don't want a nightmare cleanup job trying to enter this and have it show up right and calculate right on payroll reports, etc.
