Merchant

I have had my merchant services account closed and now I have a balance of 1500$ sitting there and none from QuickBooks or greendot can tell me anything. They just blame each other. But this is only after I had been approved and using this account with my cash card for 4 days . Why close it and keep my money?? I have read online this has happen a lot. Something has to be done about this!! Any advice??

While I'm unable to access your account, I recommend contacting our Payments Support Team to help you review the account. Your merchant account shouldn't be closed or deactivated unless you've requested it.
