Merging three estimates into one sales order

I have three estimates for the same customer and they have sent me one PO for all three estimates.  I want to merge the three estimates into one sales order.  Is this possible in Quickbooks Desktop?

Merging three estimates into one sales order

Thanks for dropping by the forum and sharing the details of your concern. I'll impart information that could help with managing sales orders in QuickBooks Desktop.

Before anything else, remember that Sales orders are only available in QuickBooks Desktop Premier and Enterprise. QuickBooks Desktop does not have an integrated feature to select multiple estimates to convert them into one sales order. You will need to create separate sales orders for each estimate of your customer.

I appreciate your understanding that the unavailability of features can sometimes be a part of any product, and we strive to address them to the best of our ability.

As we value your ideas, I recommend sending your feedback to our Product Development Team. Here's how:

  1. In your QuickBooks account, click the Help option.
  2. Select the Send Feedback Online option.
  3. Choose Product Suggestion.
  4. Enter your feedback.
  5. Click the Send Feedback button.

Also, feel free to visit our Feedback forum page to see a list of other QuickBooks users who have already suggested this feature and for the recent updates in QuickBooks.

You can utilize this article for future reference: Customize reports in QuickBooks Desktop.

For additional QuickBooks-related concerns, don't hesitate to post them here in the Community. We're always available and willing to lend a hand to your queries. Have a great day ahead.
