Here's how:
- Open the QBO desktop app.
- In the menu bar, select File, then click Check for updates.
- Follow the prompts to proceed with the update.
We can also remove the temporary files and reset the application to its default state. Here's how:
- Go to the File menu.
- Choose Clear Cache.
- Close the app.
- Reboot your computer.
- Then, reopen the app.
If you continue to experience issues, we may need to uninstall and reinstall the QBO application. You can follow this quick guide or visit the link to reinstall the app directly. Just scroll down to the Get the QuickBooks Mac or Windows App section, then click the Free Download button.
