This is usually what happens if you're working with a high resolution. QuickBooks Desktop works best with the default Windows DPI settings, so we recommend using this one. Changing these settings may cause display issues.
You may perform the steps below to display the payroll update info into its normal screen. However, doing so will also affect all programs on your computer.
Here's how to change your Windows display settings:
- Follow the steps from Microsoft to reset the default display settings for Windows 10 and Windows 8.
- Set your screen resolution to at least 1024 x 768. We recommend 1920 x 1080 for the best display.
- When you're done, reset your computer.
